Booklets author Del Leger with wife Louise at the Feast of Tabernacles site in Durango, Colorado, 2007
Del is the Pastor of our congregation in Grand Junction. He and his wife Louise live in Montrose, Colorado. Nearby is the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park where you can see the Painted Wall, the highest cliff in Colorado. This
enormous rock face measures 2250 feet tall, which is 1000 feet taller
than the Empire State Building. Amazing. See some photos of it here.
Del is so friendly you will really enjoy talking to him. He will listen carefully to your words and if you ask, give you great advicebased on the Bible and his experiences. He gives our congregation valuable sermons based upon God's love which abides in him through the Holy Spirit. When you get to meet him you will see how true this is.
Del's booklets give us the truths of the Bible in an easy to understand style. If you want to review or learn basic Bible teachings, or check up on yourself, you will enjoy reading his booklets. Del always backs up his words with appropriate scriptures. You'll realize this when you read some of the booklets. You will never feel as good watching cable TV programs as when reading Del's booklets. It's also much better than watching CSPAN.
"--- AND AN ANGEL SPOKE TO ME BY
THE WORD OF THE LORD---" and similar claims. We've
all heard them, but how can we be sure they're from God?
11 principles learned from 1st Kings 13.
"O, I can
hear it, 'Ho hum here we go again, can’t he talk
about something exciting, maybe some new truth? I’m
getting so tired of hearing the same old stuff, besides,
doctrine only brings division! Let’s talk about love,
isn’t that what Christ is all
about? ' ”
Christ quoted scripture when countering
Satan's half-truths, so that's where we will go!
“To The Law And To The Testimony: If They Speak Not According
To This Word, It Is Because There Is No Light In Them” (Isa 8:21).
Have the brethren abdicated their Christian
responsibility to the church hierarchy? Do the Brethren have certain
leadership responsibilities over the Ministry? Or, should they
just pay, pray and have no say?
